2011 THANKFUL FOR THE HOLIDAYS BLOG HOP



Reviews by Molly and Romancing the Book are hosting a Thankful for the Holidays.  There are 18 blogs participating in this hop and my blog is one of them.  This is my first ever blog hop and I'll admit I'm a little nervous.  

I'm thankful for a lot this year.  Everyone in my family has had relatively good health, everyone has kept their jobs and I've had the opportunity to read a lot of good books and get to know some authors.  

I'm also thankful for my blog readers, even if you don't always post....lol

    Thankful that of all the things my family lost over Labor Day weekend when our home and outbuildings burned to the ground that we were able to escape with our lives, our pets and in 10 days find a newer home to buy and make our new home. Thankful also to be able to connect with other readers thanks to the many bloggers have made online contacts with in the past two years, books make all things better sooner than later!

    In all honesty, I am thankful for so many things, choosing one is hard...thinking...thinking. Oh, got it! I am thankful that my husband has been home safely from Iraq for a year and that he will be home for the holidays this year before he leaves again. Yay!
