Wild Irish, Book Four

In high school, Lily was too shy to do anything about her feelings for her best friends, Justin and Killian. Now she’s ready to put to rest her regrets with a proposal that might shock even her oversexed friends—the three of them, together, one night, multiple positions.

K and J are more than a little surprised to see Lily at their ten-year reunion. The plain Jane they remember is now a stunning woman—who wants to have sex with both of them. Who are they to deny her? Even if Killian suspects they might be treading on dangerous emotional territory.

The night stretches into the weekend and, as K suspected, none of them want it to end. But he and Lily know people live in pairs, not trios, and they call a halt now, before it’s too late.

Justin, however, knows a good thing when he sees it. He’s ready to fight for what he wants…what they all need. He just has to convince Lilly and Killian that unconventional can also be extraordinary.

So far I have read m/f/m and I do love those. The focus is solely on the woman. Sorry, I am a hussy. What element is important... well the storyline.. hot sex is great but if the story is lacking and there is just sex... then what fun it is then. The emotion, the drama, good overcoming evil...
    Thanks for the contest!

  4. Yea, happy release day to Mari, this is such a great series.

As for menage, I am a big fan of Lora Leigh's Bound series. Wicked Pleasure was one of my most recent reads and on my favorite's shelf along with her other books in this series.

  6. I have so many that I like. I read both m/f/m and m/m/f. My favorite is usually which ever one I happen to be reading at the time. And since I am currently rereading Jory Strong's Angelini series, they are my current favorite.

  8. Hm.... while I've read a few menages, I don't have a single favorite yet :) As for what element of erotic romance I find the most important, I think it's the same for the other romances I read--I need good, believable characters and some real emotion. If I don't buy the connection between them, the hot scenes are just porn. But if I'm feeling their emotional ties, yowza!

This is a tough question to answer. I've read a few menage stories and each is different so I like them all in their own ways. I don't that I'd be able to pick a favorite. But the element I think that is absolutely necessary for a successful menage story is to not only the sizzling chemistry between all three people involved, but there needs to be a strong emotional bond between all three. If there is a strong bond between only two of the three, the story just doesn't work, even if the sexual chemistry is there.

I'm not much on ménage stories but will read them if they are by my must read authors. A favorite is Rough, Raw and Ready by Lorelei James. It is m/m/f.

  11. I've been getting into the Virtus Saga by Laura Tolomei. Very well written & VERY HAWT!
I look first at how well the story is written, I think it's easier to have the characters just have sex but I like a well written story of how the characters got to that point.
